Dwight Zscheile

Dwight Zscheile is a pastor, educator and researcher dedicated to helping church leaders imagine afresh what it means to be the body of Christ in today’s changing environment. Ordained in the Episcopal Church, he was educated at Stanford, Oxford and Yale Universities and Luther Seminary, where he earned a Ph.D. in Congregational Mission and Leadership and serves on the faculty as assistant professor of congregational mission.

Prior to beginning his doctoral studies, Dwight served as executive pastor of St. David’s Episcopal Church in Ashburn, Virginia, a rapidly-growing mission development congregation in America’s second-most unchurched county. He currently assists part-time on the staff team at St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church in St. Paul, MN.

As a trainer and coach, Dwight’s passions lie in leadership development and in helping churches reflect theologically and organizationally on their mission, structures and practices.
