Our work takes us to many different sorts of church bodies: local congregations with fewer than 100 in worship, large legendary congregations with over 30 on staff, synods, presbyteries, and conferences whose staffs support up to 200 local churches. We had the privilege of working on a staff covenant with a comparatively small staff who supported the work of several smaller church bodies that ranged across three states.
