Church Innovations' Pat TaylorEllison and Ben Cieslik spoke at a soup supper at St. Paul’s Lutheran in Minnetonka, November 1, 2006. After Dwelling in the Word in Luke 10, Pat led a conversation about change coming out of dissatisfaction x vision + confidence in next steps forward. She talked about gathering the stories and the numbers of the church and the community through a Church FutureFinder project. One woman asked Ben to describe working on such a project. His answer stressed the importance of teamwork, and even humorously recounted his own project, and encouraged the congregation to try it.
