Common to every retreat are several important points about the registration process. It is vitally important to read the following points very carefully and to follow the instructions in order to avoid any problems with your registration. We are limiting registration for each retreat in order to facilitate direct contact between participants and Pat Keifert. To this end, we are asking anyone who registers to contact us directly at the phone numbers below even if you register online.

Booking Your Accommodations:

• Lodging Registration Phone Number & Code: After you register for a retreat, you will need to book your cabin. Because the process of reserving cabins at Yellowstone is unique, there is a special phone number and registration code that we will provide when you register. Even if you register online, we would very much appreciate a phone call so that we can give you this information in real time. • Lodging Costs: The costs of lodging and meals are not included in the price of the retreat. We have reserved two blocks of cabins for each retreat: one costs $113.94 per night and the other costs $214.21 per night. Each cabin accommodates at least two people and some can handle more. This means you can share accommodations with other participants if you wish. However, while we are happy to help in any way we can, we will not assign people to cabins; it is up to you to make such arrangements on your own.
• Lodging Schedule: Each retreat will begin at noon of the first day with lunch together. Each event will conclude in the early afternoon of the last day. Our agreement with Yellowstone holds cabins for two evenings' stay for each retreat. If you wish to stay longer, you will have to make those arrangements directly with the lodge and we cannot guarantee the same price for additional nights' stays.

Retreat Registration:

• Registration Process and Payment: there are two ways to register for the retreats - online through our store (links can be found here) or we can send an invoice and you can pay with a check. If you prefer the invoice/check method it is absolutely imperative that you contact Caroline via telephone at (651) 644-3653 or (888) 223-7909 so that we can hold one of the spots for you. We wouldn't want your spot to be taken by someone else that registered online while we waited for the invoice and check to be sent.
• Retreat Registration Limits and Accommodations: because we want to keep the groups small in order to facilitate direct contact between participants and Pat Keifert, we have limited registration for each retreat. Once that limit has been reached, we will disable registration for that event. However, it is possible for us to add a couple or a few more people to a retreat if you are willing to share a cabin with others. It is important to contact us at the above numbers to discuss the specifics of the retreat registration process.
• Online Registration: if you choose to register online please be sure to choose "pick up" as the "shipping method" during the check out process. The default shipping method is "ground" and if it is chosen you will be charged an additional $7.50.
• Cancellation Policy: because of the limited number of spots available, in case of cancellation the registration fee is non refundable unless there is someone on the waiting list to fill the spot. In that case, a refund will be issued minus 10% for processing.
