Robust Church Development - RCD

Overview: Robust Church Development is an adaptive strategic planning model for regional church bodies, based on research by author, consultant and visionary Mike Regele, M.Div., the founder and CEO of MissionInsite, the co-founder and President of DecisionInsite, and a co-founder and past president of Percept. He is a Church Innovations’ associated consultant.

Audience: Robust Church Development is designed for mid-level church body staff and other committee/commission members responsible for planning, implementing and/or overseeing church development efforts.

Time and Resources: RCD is a three-phase process. Phase one consists of three two-day events with Church Innovations consultants and representatives of the regional church body. Phase one and is typically completed over a 6-12 month time frame. In Phase two the regional church body implements the results of phase one during the next 12 to 18 months. In phase three the regional church body representatives and CI consultants evaluate the results of the implementation. Total costs generally run from $20,000 - $30,000 dependant upon the amount of coaching/support requested.
